Business Proposal is South Korean romantic comedy television series. It is based upon the webtoon of a similar title written and illustrated by Narak. Park Seonho directs the show. Written by Han Seolhee & Hong Bo-hee it stars Ahn Seol-hee, Kim Min-kyu and SeolIn-ah. It is the story of Shin Ha’ri, a worker who accepts to go on a date with her boss instead of her friend. The 12 episode series aired every Monday and Tuesday at 22:00 KST on SBS TV from February 28 through April 5, 2022. The series is also available on Netflix in select regions.

Shin Ha-ri, Kim Se-jeong, goes on a blind dating after she accepts Jin Young-seo’s (SeolInah) replacement. It was arranged by her father. The idea is for Ha-ri to be’rejected by’ her future partner. But, things go awry when Ha-ri’s date is Kang Taemoo, (Ahn Hyo–seop), CEO, Go Food.
Tae-moo, under pressure by his grandfather Kang Da–goo Lee Deok-hwa, the chairman of Go Food, to go on blind dating with suitable partners, decides that he will marry his blind date partner in order to avoid the rest of his dates. She doesn’t know she is Jin Young-seo and she is his employee which she diligently hides.
Ha-ri is soon exposed for her fake identity but her employment status. Jin Youngseo (Kim Min-kyu), Taemoo’s secretary and driver, collide with Cha Sunghoon.
Young-seo tricks Ha’ri into going to Taemoo’s place after the truth about Ha-ri has been revealed. Ha-ri lies when he asks about her real identity and tells him that Shin Geumhui is her name (same name as the female lead on the popular TV series Be Strong Geumhui) (Korean, gudseeora Geumhyiya). [A]) To conceal the fact that she is his worker.
Tae-moo is a bully and bribes Ha’ri to pretend that she is his fiancee. In return for 800,000 won per date, his grandfather threatens Ha-ri with sending him on countless blind dates. Ha-ri, who is cash poor and desperately needs to pay her impoverished parents money, agrees. Ha-ri makes a good impression on Taemoo’s grandfather by using her fake identity and Sunghoon’s fake background during fake dating.
The relationship begins out awkward and frosty, but they quickly become close and Taemoo learns the real identity of Ha-ri. Tae-moo loves Ha-ri even though he felt betrayed. They later became a married couple after he revealed the truth to Ha-ri.
Young-seo leaves her father’s home to avoid his demands for blind dates. She discovers, in a funny moment, that Sung-hoon is her neighbor. He was the man she fell in love with after she met him in a convenience store. Young-seo is drawn to him but Sunghoon is furious at her deceitful boss so he avoids her. However, he can’t deny his growing love for Young-seo and he finally realizes that it was mutual.
