Yoo Mi has a subtly tension relationship with Hyun Joo. Ji Hoon is Yoo mi’s husband. He is ambitious, and he is also future-oriented. Ji Won is Yoo Mi’s only trusted senior and reliable person.

The synopsis is not clear enough to help you decide whether or not to watch the film. These tags are useful. I found Ripley’s Syndrome on Google. It is described as an antisocial personality disorder that involves fabricating grandiose stories and believing in distorted realities. The victim feels no shame or sympathy. This last point is not quite right for Anna, as Anna does experience guilt and shame.
You can guess the storyline from this. As I have only seen two episodes, I will not go into detail. Bae Suzy, as always, is a great actor. Bae Suzy has again transformed a 2D script to a 3D person, with complex and sometimes conflicting emotions and motivations. She truly made the character her own. I am eager to watch the remaining 8 episodes of the series.
Updated: Now that I’ve finished the series, I am done with it. 8 episodes have been cut to six and I can tell you that the final 2 episodes are the weakest. There was evidently a lot of editing done to compress the last 4 episodes into 2. This is not for any apparent reason. It’s puzzling they had to make the cuts. Were their ratings poor? If they were so unhappy with ratings, then why did they broadcast the extended version in August instead of the original?
Because of these 2 episodes, I have decreased my overall rating. Pity. It’s a shame.
