36 Farmhouse, a Hindi-language comedy drama drama film in 2022, is called suspense comedy. Subhash Sharma wrote it and Ram Ramesh Sharma helmed the film. Subhash Ghai produced it with Rahul Puri’s production houses Mukta Searchlight Films, Zee Studios. It stars Amol Parashar, Barkha Singh, Vijay Raaz, Sanjay Mishra and Flora Saini in pivotal roles. ZEE5 aired the premiere of the film on 21 Jan 2022.
ZEE5 has revealed that they will launch a trailer for the film on 12/01/2022 and it will be released on 21/01/2022.

First Post has rated this movie as embarrassingly poor. Outlook India had a similar opinion, and stated that SubhashGhai is still making movies from the 1980s.
Umesh of Dainik Bhaskar gave the film 3.5/5 stars. She stated that the film is interestingly displaying the title of thirty-six, and that Subhash Ghai’s music is also strong. Sanjay Moishra’s performance was good, but Vijay Raaz’s portrayal of Raunak Raj Singh seemed weak. Dialog writing is an important part of the film.
Archika Khurana of The Times of India gives it 2.5/5 stars. She says that the drama is a family drama that is predictable and light-hearted. The plot is based on the notion of “some steal for necessity, some steal because they want to”, with the farmhouse as the main focus. Cinematography shows the property from all angles in one farmhouse.
Sanjay Mishra makes JP the most memorable, funny and convincing character. Overall, it’s a unhurried social commentary about greed, class disparity and family disputes.
Russel D’Silva from Bollywoodlife.com gave Subhash Ghai a 3/5 star rating, stating that the Subhash Ghai thriller with Barkha Singh and Amol Parashar is back on track in the OTT. Together, the writer and the director have created a very good thriller.
It is full of good twists and turns. The climax stands out. Sanjay Mishra, Vijay Raaz and their performances are above the script. This is a smart, snappy thriller that’s worth a watch.
